Blake Turner joined Lincoln Capital Advisors as a Partner in June 2005. Blake graduated from the University of Georgia in 1999 with a BS in Economics. He completed his Masters of Business Administration in May of 2005 specializing in Advanced Management Studies. Blake and his wife Leslie currently reside in the Atlanta metro area. He has dedicated the last six years working with the real estate community as well as helping to secure their financial needs.

Blake is a member of MBAG, Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, and is an active member of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.

Jim Cheeley is a life-time resident of Georgia and a graduate from the University of Georgia. Over the past 13 years Jim has originated, managed and launched mortgage companies and banking divisions in Georgia and South Carolina. He has closed more than $300 million in mortgage loans in the past 7 years.

In 2004, Jim partnered with Pearce Spurlin to form Lincoln Capital Advisors. His knowledge and experience of the loan process makes him someone you can trust with your home mortgage needs. He specializes in customer service, making each experience with his clients a personable one.

Pearce Spurlin has over ten years experience in the Mortgage industry and has joined forces with Jim Cheeley to form Lincoln Capital Advisors. Pearce was born and raised in Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia.

Pearce has been a recipient of the MBAG’s Gold award for the past five years and has also been awarded a position in the Achiever’s Club for his outstanding sales performance for the past four years. He is an active member of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. Pearce has closed more than 200 million in loans in the Metro Atlanta area as well as Nevada, Alabama, and Florida, his knowledge and experience of the loan process makes him someone you can trust with your home mortgage needs.

Pearce is a member of Peachtree Road Methodist Church where he also coaches youth soccer. He is married to Christy and the proud father of three to Riley, Pearce III, and Reese.

Lindsay Thomas came to Lincoln Capital in March of 2006 as a loan processor. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2001 with a BA degree in Advertising. Lindsay was born and raised in the Atlanta area and currently lives with her husband in Brookhaven.
